1. Definitions

Client refers to any individual, company, or entity that requests or receives services from Clean Domain Services.

Company refers to Clean Domain Services Limited.

Services refers to any commercial, residential, or specialist cleaning services provided by the Company.

2. Service Agreement

By booking with Clean Domain Services, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions.

All services will be provided as per the scope agreed upon in writing (via email, quote, or service agreement).

The Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time due to health and safety risks, inappropriate conduct, or non-payment.

3. Booking & Cancellations

Bookings are subject to availability.

Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service value.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be billed in full.

4. Payment Terms

One-off Services: Payment is due within 24 hours of service completion. An invoice will be issued upon completion.

Regular/Recurring Services: Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may incur a 5% monthly late fee or a flat fee at the Company’s discretion.

Clean Domain Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for overdue accounts or repeated non-payment.

5. Health & Safety

The Client must ensure a safe working environment (e.g., restrained pets, accessible workspaces, working water/electricity).

Our team is trained in workplace safety and reserves the right to decline tasks posing a risk.

6. Damage or Loss

While all reasonable care is taken, Clean Domain Services is not liable for pre-existing damage or undisclosed fragile items.

Any damage directly caused by our team must be reported within 24 hours for review and resolution.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours. If appropriate, we will offer a complimentary re-clean.

8. Confidentiality

All client details are treated as confidential and will not be shared or sold.

9. Access

The Client is responsible for providing property access at the scheduled time. Missed access may result in a call-out fee.

10. Force Majeure

Clean Domain Services is not liable for delays or failure to deliver services due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, illness, public holidays).

11. Amendments

These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version is available upon request or via official communication channels.
